W447 No-Start / EZS
Key not recognised or the whole van dead? On the W447 it is not always the EZS — we diagnose the real cause first: ignition switch, immobiliser chain, or an interior CAN bus fault pulling everything down.
ESL Steering Lock
The electronic steering lock is the most common reason a W204-era Mercedes goes completely dead with the key in. We repair it properly — motor, electronics and sync.
SAM / Body Modules
When lights, wipers, windows and indicators start misbehaving at random, the body control module is the usual suspect — and it is repairable.
TCM / Gearbox Modules
Gear selector stuck in park, gearbox in limp mode, or no drive at all — transmission control electronics fail predictably, and we repair them at board level.
Instrument Clusters
Dead displays, dropping gauges, missing pixels — the dashboard cluster is electronics like any other module, and most faults are repairable on the original unit.

Mercedes FBS4 / CRD3
Mercedes FBS4 and CRD3 ECU work is not a normal plug-and-play ECU swap. We handle drive authorisation, cloning and module matching properly on the bench.
